Conference Event App
In an effort to go “green”, CCBST2017 is excited to inform you that we will have a mobile app for the conference. The app will allow attendees to access the agenda, personalize a CCBST itinerary, access conference material such as presentation and conference papers, provide reminders, submit questions to speakers, access sponsor information and complete surveys. The app can be downloaded on your mobile device or accessed on the web with your laptop. This is the first time we are making use of the app for one of our events and we encourage all participants to download the app and provide us feedback. Access and download details will be provided to registrants through a separate e-mail in advance of the conference.
Seating Policy:
- Seating is “Festival” with no pre-assigned seats
- There is no pre-registration for program streams
- Attendees are encouraged to attend a full sessions but, if necessary, attendees can move between sessions in progress
